Cardiology Associates, Inc. has consistently offered high quality cardiac care to the Michiana adult community since 1971. Our main office is in South Bend next to Memorial Hospital with additional offices in LaPorte, Bremen, Rochester and Elkhart.
Each of our cardiologists is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease and along with our staff are dedicated to providing comprehensive care and heart healthy lifestyle programs to patients with cardiac conditions. Our cardiologists have special training and skills in finding, treating and preventing diseases of the heart and blood vessels. They are involved in the treatment of heart attacks, heart failure, and serious heart rhythm disturbances. Their expertise is required whenever decisions are made about procedures such as cardiac catheterization, balloon angioplasty, stent placement, PFO/ASD closures, heart surgery, ablations, pacemaker and implantable cardiac defibrillator insertions.
We are pleased to publish a periodic newsletter with pertinent information for our patients and their families. Topics range from tips to living a healthy lifestyle to heart-healthy recipes and a general "what's going on" in the office.
Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. A cardiologist is on call for each office 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays.
As a courtesy to our patients, we file primary and secondary insurance with insurance carriers. Whenever your insurance changes or you are issued a new insurance card by your employer or insurance carrier, we need to update the information in our records. Please call us with the information and bring the card to your next appointment so we can make a copy of it. This will help minimize any delays in processing your claims.
