After I get injectable fillers in my face, how should I take care of this area afterwards? Do I use antibiotic creams or any special lotions? Do you provide these or do I have to buy them?

I am having otoplasty to pin back my ears. I understand that I will have a head bandage after the surgery. How long do I have to keep the bandage on? When can I return to my normal exercise routine?

I will be undergoing rhinoplasty surgery and wonder if there is anything that is put into the nose during the surgery, or kept in the nose afterwards that I could be allergic to? I am allergic to many medical related things, antibiotics and latex, for example.
