Whose Birthday Is It?
The Whose Birthday Is It? campaign asks you to remember the real reason for giving gifts at Christmas. Consider adding someone in need to your shopping list this year. For more information, pick up a Whose Birthday Is It? brochure at the church or download one here.
Once again, St. Luke's will be asking the congregation to think about giving to those in need in addition to those gifts we give our own loved ones. "Whose Birthday Is It?" asks us to remember the reason we give gifts at Christmas and to give in the spirit of Jesus. Candlelight Christmas Concerts
Friday, December 3, 7:30PM and Saturday, December 4, 4PM
The Music Ministry of St. Luke's will present its annual Candlelight Christmas Concerts. Through an engaging repertoire of familiar carols, excerpts from Christmas oratorios, and new sacred anthems, more than 200 talented singers and instrumentalists will celebrate the resounding message of Christ's birth. The concert is free and open to the public.
Sunday, December 12, 5 & 6:30PM
This annual St. Luke's event features live camels, donkey and sheep as part of an inspiring event that relives the birth of Jesus. A wonderful experience for all ages, the event is free of charge and everyone is welcome.
ReachOut Christmas Celebration
Monday, December 13, 6:30PM in Robertson Chapel
Guest speaker for this event is Rev. Roland Stringfellow, coordinator of the Coalition of Welcoming Congregations in the San Francisco Bay area. He creates dialog on the topic of GLBT equality with church congregations and the gay community. All are welcome. A reception will follow in Fellowship Hall.
December 14, 7PM, Spiritual Life Center
A brief yearly service to honor precious babies who will never be forgotten. Parents may light a candle, speak a name, or just listen to the beautiful flute and music of Carol Dennis. Rev. Marsha Hutchinson, pastor.

This year's focus will be on the "Holy Family" featuring the Later Band and Vocals, along with other special guest artists. Refreshments will be provided immediately following the worship service in Fellowship Hall.
Longest Night Service
Tuesday, December 21, 7PM in Robertson Chapel
A service of hope for those who have had losses in life that can make the holidays less than merry. Led by Rev. Marsha Hutchinson and Dr. Dan Moseley.

The Track will be collecting hats, mittens/gloves, scarves, socks and new underwear to benefit Christamore House. Items can be placed on or under the Mitten Tree located in the Track and outside Robertson Chapel.
