Services:

You can discuss you computer at our one-of-a-kind computer inspection counters. Your computer is attached to dual monitors allowing us to analyze your computer concerns while you watch each step on you own monitor.
A technician can address your concerns while you view the activity. The same process is used to verify the repairs were completed to your satisfaction when you pick it up. We want you to participate in identifying the problem and confirm that your concerns have been addressed before you take your computer home.
Experience the difference; your concerns are met to your satisfaction. You shouldn't have to settle for your computer be handed to you as being repaired only to find out later that you aren't satisfied with the results.

We realize this site should have been updated long ago to better reflect the changes in our services and beliefs.
A new and revised site is being developed to address the changing needs of our customers.
The new site will focus on our dual role as both a Service Center and a Learning Center.
We will include Do-It-Yourself guides, tutorials, and fixes that you can try before you decide to bring it in for repair. We will help you with the knowledge needed to repair and maintain your computer yourself. If you are not comfortable with a more complicated repair, we are available to provide any professional help you may need.
