Trusting someone to provide supportive psychological consultation is an important decision. Randomly choosing among unfamiliar names listed by insurance companies or the phone directory may leave you with more questions than confidence.
I designed these pages to help you make an informed decision about whether or not I might fit your counseling needs. Informed choices are usually the best choices.

On this web site, I share my background, credentials, treatment philosophy, and areas of expertise. You will find informative articles which reflect my methods, beliefs, and practices. Secure links are provided for requesting more information or an appointment. In addition to directions and maps, helpful information is provided regarding accessing mental health insurance benefits. Links are also provided to current and reputable mental health information.

If you would like to request an appointment indicating your preferences for day of week or time of day, I have provided a secure means of sending that information via the internet (see Request Appt. and *Privacy Statement linked on each page).
I have also included the Client Consent for Treatment and Patient Information forms in Adobe PDF format that you can complete on your computer screen, print out, and bring with you to your first appointment. Or, appointments can always be scheduled by calling (260) 469-0090 and we will send you an appointment confirmation letter with forms to complete, maps to our office, and everything else you need.
