Ivy Tech Community College - Sellersburg IN
New 78,500 SF classroom building currently in Design Development (site package is under construction). The new building will include 26 classrooms, 2 two-way distance learning classrooms, Auditorium and Community Center. Preliminary budget of $16,000,000.

Renovations to the exterior of the current classroom building will also be a part of this project to create a consistent architectural style for the campus.
