5 ROUNDS OF FITNESS:
A small group program that targets new exercisers who are looking for an edge. Fitness specialists will take you through a program consisting of a 5 minute warm-up, a 5 minute arm workout, a 5 minute leg workout, a 5 minute abdominal workout and a 5 minute cool down.

This low impact class is held in our 90-93 degree warm therapy pool.

This is a class for those suffering from those painful muscles. It is taught in our warm 90-93 therapy pool.
WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE:
For those that need that extra support and challenge to lose that unwanted weight.

Develop extreme all-around strength. No tool does it better. The key to winning the battle against fat & keeping it off is to build as much muscle as possible. Yes, ladies, this means you as well.
BOOT CAMP BASIC TRAINING:
Focuses on the core instructional message. Adding bands on how to make the most of your workout to reach a higher goal and be prepared for the next level.
BOOT CAMP CARDIO TRAINING:
A workout with strength training using bands to rev up your metabolism and lift your energy by sculpting your entire body.
BOOT CAMP ABS:
New approach that attacks belly fat with targeted moves to give you the same effect as crunches, but without the stress and strain.
EXTREME BOOT CAMP:
Not for the weak or wimps. Workout that ties it all together: card, upper body toning, lower body toning and abs in one MEGA workout.

EXERCISE to PREVENT or REDUCE CHRONIC DISEASE
Chronic Diseases (coronary artery disease, hypertension, congestive heart failure, type 2 diabetes mellitus, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, and cognitive disorders) tend to become more prevalent as people age. Regular exercise has been shown to prevent or delay the onset of many of these conditions, and may improve function and delay disability and morbidity in those who have them. A recent six month study with fifty-four high risk subjects placed in three times a week exercise program has very positive results. Nineteen subjects went from high to low risk with the elimination, or reduced doses, of medications. Twenty-three went from high to moderate risk with the reduction in medications. Twelve, who were the highest risk individuals of the group, did not improve in the six month period. When elimination or reduction of medications was analyzed, an annual savings of $27, 898 were realized. The American Medical Association and American College of Sports Medicine have joined together to promote a new program titled, “Exercise is Medicine” in recognition of the preventative aspects of exercise done with the appropriate intensity. As the first 24/7 fitness facility in Wayne County, our mission entails prevention, exercise, rehabilitation, and education, as a means to a better quality of life regardless of one’s age or current health condition.
