Complete Design's reputation is well known throughout the Tri-State. It designs more than 600 structures each year in the surrounding area. Our designers have 20 years of experience in formulating plans that fit each client's wants and needs for a new home or addition.
This process is simple. The future home owner can browse Complete Design's "Book of Plans" a bound file of most of the thousands of homes the company has designed over the years - for ideas.

The designer then drafts a preliminary sketch of the home using the advanced CAD (computer aided design) system. The client reviews the scaled-down drawing, and if changes and adjustments need to be made to suit personal tastes or budget estimates, the designer then redrafts the sketch until it comes out just as the client desires. A scale drawing of the sketch is then produced in blueprint format that can be taken to a home builder. If the client needs help in contacting a developer, Complete Design can provide a list of excellent home builders.
Complete Design's staff has been recognized for it's ingenuity over the years, claiming many winners in the Parade of Homes each year.
