HPF Designs has beendesigning and building aspects of this Don A. Gardner Architects, Inc. houseplan since construction began in the fall of 2006. Interior designer Renee-Ann (Annie) Florin has moved into the final phase of the interiors completion. The builder is Lynn Delagrange.
