Mountain Martial Arts & Wellness Center is a karate, Chiropractic and Functional Medicine Center on the west side of Carmel, Indiana. We offer Martial Arts Classes for both kids and adults. Our karate classes are perfect for all ages because the classes are designed to increase focus, concentration, determination, and confidence…while learning self-defense. Dr. Michael Mountain is a Chiropractor, Functional Medicine practitioner and a Master in Tang Soo Do Karate... he brings his two health related passions under one roof.
