Welcome to KMPM APPRAISALS. We are a leading provider of commercial, small-income and single- and multi-family residential appraisals for mortgages, sales, relocation, estate planning, divorce settlement, tax valuation appeal, condemnation, and much more.
Please allow me to introduce myself as Paul Middaugh. I have been licensed by the State of Indiana to appraise real estate since 1991, and have been licensed as a Certified General Appraiser since 1997. I have a B.S. from Manchester College with majors in accounting, economics and business administration. I hold the IFAS designation from the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers. I founded KMPM Appraisals on November 1, 2004, after acquiring another long-standing real estate appraisal company.
We have two certified general appraisers, two certified residential appraisers and one licensed trainee appraiser.
