These people are nothing but thugs. They come out to give you an estimate and use strong arm tactics to get you to sign a contract to "lock in" your price. Is you cancel a contract within the 3 days they give you to do so they will continue to call and come to your house to harass you to buy their windows. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! as the person above says - their windows cost 3 - 4 times what you can get from another company!
