Optional maternity benefits are available one select plans, too.
The Lumenos HSA plan has two parts: A high-deductible health plan (HDHP) and a Health Savings Account, or HSA. An HSA is like a savings account for your health. You contribute funds to your HSA to save for eligible medical expenses. Your HSA contributions may have potential tax advantages and any unused dollars are rolled over from year to year for future health expenses.
If you're looking for a simple plan design with some of our lowest rates, CoreShare could be the plan that's right for you. CoreShare offers a vast range of deductibles and higher cost-sharing helps lower your monthly premiums. Prescription drug coverage is included. Maternity benefits are not included with this plan.
