We know you have choices, and this is why Castle Storage wants you to know what you should look for with off-site storage. Computer Controlled Access: Our computer controlled access lets you visit your unit 7 days a week including holidays. This also helps keep out individuals who do not belong on the property. Only tenants can operate our electronic gates. Gate closes automatically keeping site off limits. Monitoring of Activity: Activity is monitored by our managers during office hours, and ALL activity is recorded and stored 24 hours a day with state of the art security systems such as digital video surveillance. Each gate entry is recorded and stored. Quality Constructed Buildings; All our buildings are made of proven quality metal components which include a standing seam
pitch roof with fasteners attached from beneath. Heavy plastic sheathing under the concrete floors provides a moisture resistant barrier. Metal buildings are best. We use NO exterior block, which attracts and absorbs moisture from the outside environment. We use NO wood, which holds moisture and provides home to insects and mold.
Well-lit Store Grounds: Since our facility offers gate hours beyond our office hours, our facility grounds are lighted for your safety and convenience. We also light hallways inside indoor climate controlled buildings. Water Drainage: Our entire facility is paved to eliminate dust and dirt from being stirred up by vehicle traffic. We have gone through great measures with engineering rain water flow being directed away from the buildings as quick as allowed by the State of Indiana. Locking Your Space; Only you have access to your storage space. We recommend purchasing a high quality "disc lock" a round design that is recommended by many law enforcement agencies. At Castle Storage, our leases are month to month, which means no long term commitment on your part. We offer a number of payment options for your convenience including Auto Charge - At your request, your Visa, Mastercard or American Express may be automatically charged when rent is due. Boxes and Packing Supplies: Everyone agrees, moving is not fun even when you're excited about your new home. You can make your move less stressful with a little care and some advance planning by purchasing clean, sturdy boxes and packing materials specifically designed for the valuables you are storing. Castle Storage carries a full line of supplies such as bubble wrap, tape, and a wide variety of boxes. Heavy Duty Locks, Protective Mattress Pads, Furniture Dust Covers and more. Unit Space (Including Height): All of our units are taller than most others in our area. Unit height will vary upon it's location in the buildings, but none are less than 9 feet! This allows you to rent a smaller space than at other facilities by utilizing the height of our spaces. Door Width and Door Height; We offer the convenience of large roll-up doors, on our standard units, so your storage space is accessible from your vehicle. Our drives between and at the end of buildings are wide, making them easier to navigate and access by large moving trucks.
