It is a lot different from buying a car, where the product is essentially the same no matter which dealer you chose. Every builder has a unique set of tradesmen, supplies and quality parameters, which affect the final product. THERE IS NO UNIVERSAL QUALITY STANDARD, only minimum standards. Therefore it is important to know what you are buying BEFORE you sign on the dotted line. Is my builder experienced? Do they build homes in my price range? Are the homes they build of CONSISTENT quality and the quality I want? Are their clients satisfied? Will they be around in 4 years if I still have any warranty issues? Building a home can be a pleasurable and memorable event, if you select the right builder. Kelly Construction has been exceeding customer expectations and delivering quality homes, ”stress free,” for over 15 years. We have built over 150 custom homes including several for our own subcontractors, and many repeat homes for former clients. Our best salespeople are our former clients! We specify practical and yet rigorous standards for materials in our homes and each of our subcontractors are craftsmen who routinely do work on homes into the $1 million range. In many of the communities we have built, we have had people comment on how our homes “look so different” than some of the other homes under construction. It’s not hard to spot a Kelly home.
