Frey Law Firm represents injured victims of automobile and other vehicular accidents, slip and fall incidents, intentional wrongs and medical malpractice. Our work in the area of medical litigation dates back to the late 1960s when Eric Frey tried his first medical malpractice case on behalf of a severely injured young boy against the Indiana University Medical Center, which was defended by former governor George N. Craig. Mr. Freys success in that case and his subsequent experience in medical-related and complex litigation has led to a practice which is frequently based on referrals from other attorneys.
In the 1970s Mr. Frey realized that few attorneys were practicing in the area of medical malpractice litigation representing injured victims so he began concentrating his practice in that area while still conducting a general practice handling automobile accidents, slip and fall cases, nursing home injuries and other medically-related matters. More recently, the firm has extended its practice into labor and employment law, representing employees, defamation cases and other wrongs perpetrated by corporations and big shots.
