I bought my Willies house in 1977. I went to replace a large mirror above the vanity with a medicine cabinet. To my surprise, there was a large hole in the wall behind the builder installed mirror. The builder used an oversized vent pipe and the drywall couldn't be attached properly. Willies refused to repair the wall. Also, the total electric house had an electric forced air furnace installed with aluminum wiring. When we replaced the original electric furnace witha gas furnace, the installer told us that there had been an electrical fire in the furnace caused by the arcing of electricity due to use of aluminum wire from the breaker box to the furnace. The concrete work was shoddy and I had to replace the sidewalk and driveway.
