The initial consultation is free. I provide a free 15-30 minute initial consultation to evaluate your case. If you have a Personal Injury case you do not pay any fees unless there is a recovery, although you may have to pay expenses such as filing fees. I will consult with you and get your permission before incurring any expenses. My fee on personal injury cases is a portion of any amount recovered. On other cases, a fee will be quoted. I usually require a retainer and thereafter payments can be made. We accept all major credit cards. We can bill you by EMAIL if you prefer.
