EmployAbilities specializes in matching employees with employers who will provide long-term regular placement for people who have had difficulty finding employment. There is no cost to the employer or the potential employee for our services.We support employers by filling their open positions with qualified employees. We meet with employers to learn about their open positions and the skills needed by a job seeker to fill that position. We will prescreen and refer qualified job seekers to employers for interviews. If the job seeker is hired, they become your employee.
It is possible that employers could receive a Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC). The EmployAbilities staff will provide the WOTC information to employers.
We support job seekers in many ways. Together, we will prepare an individual employment plan for you. If you need assistance, we will help you fill out job applications, develop a resume, give you interviewing tips and assist you with job leads.
