About The Owner

John S. Gregory is a 1976 graduate of Perry Meridian High School and has completed several courses for the fire restoration business. John's father, Warren R. Gregory, had John working alongside him since John was 10 years old. Warren R. Gregory and Sons, Inc. was a family business with more than 40 years of experience in the business of restoration/damage services. John learned from the ground up doing everything from demolition to full rebuilding. John was the C.E.O. of Warren R. Gregory for eight years before venturing on to his own business in 1997.
Since then, Contractor's Plus, Inc. has completed numerous large and small projects for major companies, schools and residences in all phases of fire, wind and water restoration. Operating out of a large warehouse facility on the Southside of Indianapolis, the business property provides more than 18,000 square feet of storage and warehouse space for their equipment, tools, etc. This enables them to have any piece of equipment ready in a matter of minutes to serve their customers in a timely fashion.
John Gregory has two sons, John Jr. and Curtis. They both graduated from Greenwood High School, where they were involved in football and wrestling. They both have worked for John in the family business since they were very young. Curtis is still working for Contractor's Plus, while John Jr., age 24, is currently serving our country in Afghanistan.
