Discrimination. We handle all types of claims based on unequal treatment or impact, including claims based on age, gender, race, color, national origin, religion, disability or pregnancy. We also protect the rights of workers who have been subjected to sexual harassment, including the creation of a hostile environment based on sex by co-workers and/or managers.
