FREE Online Banking and Bill Pay
Launched back in January, 2005, Community State Bank has been offering two new services to our valued customers. These services are Online Banking and Bill Pay. These are secure web-based tools that will help you manage your finances and save time. We are offering both of these valuable services free of charge to our customers.
Online Banking is a service that allows you to check balances and perform common banking tasks over the Internet. Community State Bank’s Online Banking allows users to do their banking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, wherever you have an Internet connection.
Bill Pay is a service that allows users to schedule one time and recurring bill payments online within their Online Banking application. Users will have the ability to pay their bills, view pending payments, and more in just a matter of seconds.

This is achieved by requiring browsers to have 128-bit encryption and requiring a customer number and password. Customers will also be required to enroll in the Enhanced Login Security feature. This ensures the security of confidential information for all of our valued customers.

Transaction Account Guarantee Program
Beginning July 1, 2010, Community State Bank will no longer participate in the FDIC’s Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Thus, after June 30, 2010, funds held in non-interest-bearing transaction accounts will no longer be guaranteed in full under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program, but will be insured up to $250,000.00 under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules.
