We have invested in Wabash Valley Families for 147 years by providing the best confidential lifestyle change services to anyone, regardless of ability to pay.
We helped our first family in May of 1862 by finding a job for an immigrant, widowed mother. She and her two sons remained in the Terre Haute area and became part of its earliest citizenry.
Today, we continue this tradition of helping individuals and families improve their quality of life by encouraging and educating clients about how to live healthier lifestyles.

FSA is an outpatient counseling center for children, families, and adults. Most people can have an appointment within a week or ten days. FSA serves families from Vigo County and the counties surrounding Vigo in Indiana and Illinois.

FSA provides custody evaluations, mens and womens domestic violence programs, supervised visitations, general counseling, and specialized training for educators, volunteers, and police officers

Professional staff are licensed by the Health Professions Bureau of the State of Indiana.

Thanks in part to United Way of the Wabash Valley, clients are charged according to their ability to pay, and we accept most insurance including Medicaid. Some clients are eligible for free services under a government grant.
