Welcome to the Montessori Academy of Northest Indiana web site. We are based in Merrillville Indiana. We provide all day and half day educational programs.

We provide a supportive environment which nurtures the spirit of the child.
We serve children ages 3 to 6
The teachers are trained in the Montessori approach.
We offer full and half day classes 3 and 5 days a week.
We offer parent/child field and parent conferences twice a year.

A beautifully prepared experience awaits your child. The Montessori materials attract and support your child’s learning. An active, hands-on approach enables your child to discover the world around him.

Multi-age level children work and play together, mutually respecting one another, as well as the environment. Self-directed learning, freedom within limits, and noncompetitive activities contribute to your child’s sense of self-esteem.
