Once the paper work is done, and you have a clear understanding of what we can do to restore or refinish your hard surfaces, we can proceed with the work.
The work is never completed until you sign the paperwork stating that you are completely satisfied with the results. In the event the results are not exactly what you hoped for, we’ll re-do any areas of concern until you are completely 100% satisfied or refund the cost of that area.
