Mark graduated from Notre Dame and Indiana University School of Law. He was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney and an associate at a small southern Indiana law firm before returning to his hometown, South Bend, and joining Jones Obenchain in 1983.

Mark's practice includes general trial work, family law, estate planning, probate and real estate law. He has handled appeals in Indiana and Michigan, as well as the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago. Unlike many of the Jones Obenchain attorneys, most of Mark's clients are individuals rather than corporations.
