Our services include home inspections for traditional real estate transactions (buyers of existing homes), new construction monitoring (four different phased inspections or customized options to suit your needs), pre-sale inspections (homeowners preparing for the sale before the house is listed on the market), warranty inspections (during the warranty period of a new home), or special investigations (specific problem areas at the house that need investigated for the existing homeowner or professional).
