I obtained a Masters in Physical Therapy from University of Evansville in 1996. I have been working as a physical therapist for 14 years and have been in private practice since 2002 with a focus on manual physical therapy. Prior to opening my own practice I was fortunate to be able to practice in a multi-disciplinary facility with Medical Doctors, Chiropractic Neurologists, Nutritionists, acupuncturists, psychological counselors, massage therapists, and athletic trainers.
I began taking continuing education courses while still in PT school and over the years have studied a variety of manual therapy curricula. I have been most grateful for the opportunity to participate in advance studies of Visceral Manipulation, Nervous System mobilization, Viscerovascular mobilization and Global Joint treatment with Jean-Pierre Barral,DO and Alain Croibier, DO. I have been an instructor for The Upledger Institute for Introduction to Craniosacral Therapy ShareCare classes as well as a study group leader in southern Indiana for CranioSacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation techniques. I am also a presenter for the Barral Institute's VisceroSomatic Link and Introduction to Visceral Manipulation courses.
