October 12, 2010: The IRS has issued proposed regulations that would eliminate the rules for making federal tax deposits by paper coupon (Form 8109) because the paper coupon system will no longer be maintained by the Treasury Department after Dec. 31, 2010.

August 17, 2010: All Indiana businesses are subject to the abandoned property laws if they issue checks, pay dividends, pay interest, pay wages, pay employee benefits or perform a host of other activities. Effective July 1, 2010, the Indiana General Assembly passed changes to the abandoned property laws.

August 3, 2010: The recently enacted healthcare legislation includes a new tax credit for qualifying small employers. The calculations to determine eligibility are complex.

Both of them responded in an extremely timely manner and completed the tasks asked of them. They are a true testament to taking care of the clients.
