First let us start with:" We have been around since the turn of the century, we have 41 years combined experience and being a Napa Auto Care Center we have nation wide resources". Now that's advertising.
But to break down the advertising the " turn of the century" was 2000. The combined experience sounds good but is all the employees of a business experience added together. If a large shop has 16 employees, you have someone with an average of 2 years experience working on your vehicle. Last but not least, being part of a nationwide chain in most cases means that the owner of the business does not live in your community or show up for work every day at the facility your vehicle is being repaired or maintained at.
As a independently owned shop we both live and are involved in Warrick County and the daily operation and quality reputation of our business. Both of us as owners have graduated from college in the automotive service field and made our careers as such. John has 24 years experience and Tim has 17. We both live in Chandler and are active in the community. After numerous years in the automotive field as both lead technicians and service managers we decided to pool our resources and opened Advanced Automotive Repair Inc. in 2000.
This is what we went to school for and what we do for a living, so the reputation of our business and the quality of our work is very important to us. We are not looking for customers with gimmick sales or dressed up advertising facts, but letting our reputation provide us with referrals from our customers. We are looking for a long term customers who are looking for a quality automotive facility in their community.
