Randall K. Craig provides a broad range of legal and support services to older and disabled clients and their families. He was the subject of an article in the April 2001 issue of The National Law Journal "Elderly and Disabled Find Hero in Indiana Solo." He is particularly sensitive to the multiple difficulties and legal complications that these individuals and their families confront on a daily basis, which are compounded by the complexities of the American legal and health care systems. To help his clients navigate these systems, Mr. Craig provides legal advice and services in non-litigation areas which include elder law, estate planning, tax law, probate, real estate, business and corporate law, and preparation of documents and planning relating to wills, trusts, taxation, powers of attorney and health care advance directives.
Mr. Craig was admitted to the practice of law by the Indiana Supreme Court in 1975, and initially practiced as a tax specialist with one of the international certified public accounting firms in Indianapolis, Indiana, before moving to Evansville, Indiana to practice law. Since then, his practice has been devoted entirely to providing advice and counsel in the legal areas previously listed. He has been a frequent speaker and writer on various legal topics. He also publishes a bi-monthly newsletter to more than 3,300 persons.
