ICFCU SCAM ALERT
We have been made aware that a number of members have received automated calls in which they are advised that their debit cards may have been compromised. They are instructed to enter their debit card number and expiration date to verify if their cards were compromised. The recordings do not specifically mention Industrial Centre FCU and we are aware that members of other credit unions are receiving the same calls.
NEVER give any debit or credit card information over the phone if you receive a phone call purporting to be from ICFCU or any other financial information. If you receive a call from us or on our behalf from a fraud monitoring service we already have the information and you will be asked about specific transactions.
IF THEY NEED YOUR INFORMATION IT IS A SCAM!!!!
If you have received a call and given your card number out please call us ASAP at 765-289-7001. We will block your card and issue you a new one to prevent fraud on your account.
