My highly detailed reporting style provides you with the tools you need to effectively negotiate your purchase or sale. All significant defects are documented, arrows pointing to any problems. With full color digital photos in a state-of-the art computerized program, you will receive a verbal report on-site, an easy-to-understand, hard bound printed copy of your report and an easy to read summary.
