For over 30 years GDS Construction has served central Indiana. GDS Construction is owned and operated by Gary Smith and his son Ryan Smith.
We have developed a niche in the market for high quality custom building and remodeling for residential and light commercial, at various levels. We work one on one with our clients to meet their needs. GDS Construction is a quality driven company with a high attention for detail. We have separated ourselves within the industry, due to our high degree of professionalism, while at the same time maintaining our focus our clients. GDS Construction builds lasting relationships with our clients, through high quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and guaranteeing all of our work.
GDS Construction is a proud member of the Central Indiana Better Business Bureau. Membership in the Better Business Bureau is by invitation only. To become a member, businesses must undergo a thorough background check and then be approved by the BBB Membership Committee. This is why we are proud to have earned a membership in the BBB.
We are also proud members of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) of the United States and the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI).
