Fujiyama Steakhouse goes beyond Hibachi and also provides a bar for those desiring exotic and flavorful beverages along with providing a sushi bar that serves a mix of traditional sushi styles and modern flavor combinations.
While the menu boasts customary sushi bar items like sashimi (thinly sliced raw fish), nigiri (a slice of sashimi style fish placed over an oval sized nugget of sushi rice), and maki-rolls, you will also find some not-so-common sushi-bar ingredient combinations and appearances. For example the ever evolving maki-roll menu, here you will see the popular Playboy Roll which will demand attention by being set in flames and providing a unique taste, or the melt in your mouth Yama Yama roll (spicy mixed crab covered with avocado), or possibly the Kona Roll (Shrimp Tempura, mango, cream cheese, asparagus, and avocado).

Each chef is fully trained in the art of their hibachi-style cooking. But the chefs don't just cook the food - they slice it and dice it with lightning speed while interacting with everyone at the table. During this entertaining preparation, diners will see chefs create a spectacular flaming onion volcano and also see every fresh ingredient used for their meal. Lunches and dinners come complete with homemade Fujiyama soup, salad, rice and Japanese vegetables (bean sprouts and a combination of onions, mushrooms and zucchini) and green tea. Dinners also come with a shrimp appetizer.
