The Indianapolis law firm Drewry Simmons Vornehm, LLP (DSV), is relocating its headquarters to Carmel City Center in Carmel, Indiana. DSV will also open a new office in downtown Indianapolis in order to expand its presence throughout the greater Indianapolis metropolitan area with its two convenient office locations. The opening of the two new office locations is part of DSV's regional growth plan, as DSV strives to best serve its clients throughout the State of Indiana and the Midwest.
The live, work, play atmosphere of Carmel City Center is especially appealing to DSV, as a means of providing its employees with access to a variety of services and amenities within walking distance of its new headquarters. DSV is proud to be a part of the innovative Carmel City Center development. The firm is excited about the walkable urban aspect of the entire development that will place DSV, its employees and clients at the heart of Carmel's government facilities, retail and restaurant establishments, greenspace, residential developments, offices, and world class performing arts centers, not to mention access to the Monon Greenway of Carmel. In addition, being able to design and construct new office space in Carmel City Center provides DSV with a blank slate in order to incorporate sustainable design features throughout its new office space.
