Although we're advertising the Calvary Baptist Church on this site, we hope you realize that we're really trying to promote the Lord Jesus Christ. He created us and the Bible is his story. It is a distressing story about a damaged, broken and out-of-order family, the human family. But it is also a wonderful love story. Our champion, the Lord Jesus, comes from heaven to rescue and repair us. His rescue is for everyone who puts their trust in Him. This is how the Bible puts it. "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16 NIV) When God loves, he loves BIG, embracing the whole world, including you. When God gives, he gives his besthis Son Jesus. When God makes a promise, it is true. So understand your brokenness and put your trust in him to rescue you. If you do, you will not perish but have eternal life. A connection with Jesus Christ will change your life!
