At Bochnowski Appraisal Company, we have on staff Indiana and Illinois licensed appraisers including Indiana Certified Residential Appraisers, Illinois Certified Residential Appraiser, and Indiana Certified General Appraiser with FHA approved in Indiana and Illinois.

Our focus is to fulfill our clients appraisal needs with an accurate, defendable estimate of market value for the appraisal assignment.
