About Midwest Ocular Prosthetics
James P. Johnston, C.O., Asc. began his career as an ocularist in 1984 under the guidance of Robert B. Scott in Chicago, Illinois. He became a member of the American Society of Ocularists (ASO) in 1989, and began Midwest Ocular Prosthetics in 1995. His 12 years with Mr. Scott saw the successful completion of Scott's exclusive resident-apprentice training program in 1989 and U.S. Government certification the same year. Mr. Johnston is a Diplomate of the ASO.
