Kouts man acquitted of sexual misconduct VALPARAISO -- It took jurors five hours to find a Kouts man not guilty of felony sexual misconduct with a minor. Defense attorney Larry Rogers said in his closing argument that this case was scary to him. "Reasonable people could confuse what is morally wrong and what is legally wrong," Rogers said.
