Brent Wagner Architects is a small, design-oriented firm with an emphasis on custom residential work.

We offer a wide variety of professional services including site planning and all phases of architectural design, from conceptual sketches through detailed construction documents. We can also provide assistance with contract bidding and negotiation, as well as construction administration services. Our clients often find they are able to recover part of the cost of our services through the savings realized by involving us in bidding and negotiation.

We enjoy working with both the client and contractor towards the best possible result. In our view every project is unique, and should therefore reflect the site, program requirements, pattern of living, and resources of each client. The result is Architecture that is easily understood and embraced.
