Assist in organizing Project Team and selecting Architect / Engineer
Determine project phasing for fast-tracking and schedule and monitor design activities
Develop bidding and contracting procedures
Conduct constructability analysis and prepare claims avoidance specifications
Solicit and evaluate bids and prepare and execute contracts
Schedule and coordinate contractors
Conduct on-site inspections, document progress and assist in issue resolution
Verify pay requests and manage change orders
Provide full life-cycle construction contract administration
