Mark Sovinski and Jeff Gustaitis moved to Bloomington in the mid-70's from northern Indiana. After attaining their degrees from Indiana University, they forged ahead into the construction industry, which lead them to the development G & S Homes. Both are masters at their profession and strongly believe in continuing education in order to meet today's ever changing building profession. Mark and Jeff have developed a system of building homes that makes it easy and fun for the new home buyer.
