Greggory W. Hockemeyer grew up in Tunker (southern Whitley County, Indiana) where he attended Washington Center and, then, Columbia City Joint High School.He obtained his bachelors degree with honors at Wabash College (Crawfordsville, IN) in 1985.Hockemeyer attended IU School of Law at Indianapolis following college.While attending law school, he worked for Indiana Attorney General Lin Pearson.
Upon completing law school in 1989, Hockemeyer took a position with the City of Indianapolis as an attorney with its Department of Metropolitan Development advising staff and enforcing land use ordinances. In 1992, Hockemeyer moved back to Whitley County to enter private practice with Terry L. Smith & Associates.In 1995, he joined Attorney Jon Myers to foundthe law firm which later became Myers Tison Hockemeyer & McNagny, LLP, where he currently practices law.Since 2001 Hockemeyer has served as managing partner of the firm, overseeing day-to-day operations, personnel and information technologies.
Hockemeyer was attorney for the Whitley County Office of Family and Children (a/k/a Department of Child Services) from 1992 through 2007 and often represents juveniles accused of delinquency.He represents the Towns of Larwill and South Whitley and holds memberships in the Whitley County Bar Association; Indiana Municipal Lawyers Association; Indiana Public Defender Council; Indiana State Bar Association and American Bar Association. A certified civil mediator since 1992,Hockemeyers usual practice areas relate to the individual, family and community. He regularly accepts cases involving: criminal and juvenile defense; adoption; divorce; estates; small business; and real estate.
Hockemeyer helps with various community organizations, including: the Whitley County Child Protection Team; Whitley County Drug-Free Indiana; Smoke-Free Whitley County; Northeast Indiana CASA; Whitley County Board of Health; Whitley County Community Foundation; Sheriffs Department Merit Board; United Way; and the local Community Corrections Advisory Board.He often serves as master of ceremonies for local events and helps assess grant and scholarship applications.

Soultana S. Myers, born Fort Wayne, Indiana, July 19, 1961; admitted to bar, 1986, Indiana; also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Preparatory education, Purdue University (B.S., 1983); legal education, Indiana University-Indianapolis (J.D., 1986). Member: Whitley County, Allen County and Indiana State Bar Associations; National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (1993-).
Soultana has extensive experience in Social Security disability cases as well as experiencein personal injury and family law.

Marcia A. McNagny is a lifelong resident of Whitley County, Indiana. After attending Columbia City Joint High School, she received her bachelors degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. She then obtained her degree from Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington, Indiana and returned to Whitley County to open a private practice in Columbia City and to work with her mother, Patricia A. McNagny (JD Indiana University – Bloomington, 1951).
In 1997, McNagny joined Jonathan Myers, Greggory Hockemeyer and Soultana Myers to form what is now Myers Tison Hockemeyer & McNagny LLP.
McNagny has served as the City Attorney or Deputy City Attorney for the City of Columbia City since 1998. She often assists non-profit organizations in their establishment and continued operations and has served on boards of organizations, including, Wood-Land-Lakes, RC&D, United Way of Whitley County, Tippecanoe Lake Country Club, Parkview-Whitley Hospital Foundation, Camp Whitley, Tippecanoe Lake Country Club Historical Foundation and Merry Lea Board of Trustees. McNagnys primary areas of focus are estate and succession planning, trust and estate administration, small business, real estate and municipal law.
McNagny is a member of the Whitley County Bar Association, Huntington County Bar Association, Indiana Municipal Lawyers Association, Indiana State Bar Association, American Bar Association and is a Master Fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation.

Dawn M. Boyd is an associate in the law ifrm and focuses her practice in the areas of Family and Juvenile Law, Municipal Law, Real Estate and Propertyand Litigation. Boyd joined the firm in March of 2002 shortly after moving to Columbia City. Prior to that, Ms. Boyd practiced law in Virginia Beach. Virginia from 1999 to 2001 primarily in the areas of litigation, family lawand criminal defense. She practiced law in Fredericksburg, Virginia from 1998 to 1999. Since relocating to Columbia City, Ms. Boyd has been active with her church and involved with community organizations including the former Whitley County Life Center (2002 2004) and Passages (2003 to present), for which she currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Boyd has also served as counsel for the Whitley County Board of Zoning Appeals and Planning Commission and the Columbia City Board of Zoning Appeals and Planning Commission since 2005.
Ms. Boyd grew up in Fredericksburg Virginia and earned her bachelor of science degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Radford University in Radford, Virginia in 1991. She worked as a Pretrial Case Manager for the Rappahannock Regional Jail in Fredericksburg, Virginia from 1991 to 1995, and graduated from the Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia in 1998. Ms. Boyd is admitted to practice law in Indiana and Virginia.
She is a member of the Indiana and Virginia State Bar Associations and the Whitley County Bar Association. She lives in Columbia City with her husband and children.
