Columbus Regional Hospital's Outpatient Diabetes Services has moved to a new location. Now located on the first floor of the hospital, the program had been located at the Volunteers in Medicine building at 836 Jackson Street since July 2008.

Each year Columbus Regional Hospital Foundation holds a gala to benefit Volunteers in Medicine Clinic. This years event, Fire & Ice, is scheduled for Friday, November 12, 2010, at Holiday Inn. Guests will enjoy cocktails, dinner, entertainment by comedian Heywood Banks, and a chance to win a $10,000 grand prize raffle drawing.

Columbus Regional Hospital recently honored patients and staff at its Rehabilitation Awards Ceremony. The annual event celebrates the achievements of former rehabilitation patients and recognizes staff for outstanding efforts.
