Environmental regulations and increasing environmental liability are resulting in the public sector placing greater emphasis on all environmental areas.
Since current and former owners can potentially be held liable for a contaminated site, it is important that all parties are adequately informed about the sites environmental history.
This information can best be attained through a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment in compliance with A.S. T .M. Standard Practice E-1527. Each Capital Environmental Enterprises Phase I Site Assessment includes the following:
