Dr. Schooler established the practice in Columbus Indiana in 1993 and expanded to Indianapolis and Seymour Indiana in 1995 and 1997.

We are committed to the success of your neurosurgical treatment and care. Please understand that payment of your bill is part of this treatment and care. If you have an HMO or PPO plan with which CSNS has a contract, we will file your insurance claim on your behalf. All applicable co-pays and deductibles are requested at the time of the office visit. If you have an HMO or PPO plan with which CSNS is not contacted, we will file your insurance claim on your behalf. If you have a workers’ compensation claim, we will file your claim on your behalf and no payment is necessary at the time of your visit. If you have no insurance, we request payment in full at the time of the visit. Our Patient Accounts Manager, if necessary, will be happy to meet with you to discuss payment options. Hospitalization and surgical procedures will be filed to your insurance carrier. You will be responsible for any amounts the insurance company deems applicable as patient responsibility.
